  Incredible brunch food with eggs Benedict with smoked salmon AND bacon, fresh local greens, and authentic French pastries. Their focus on organic, local, and fresh foods makes this place really special and keeps the menu interesting. The servers in the summer were particularly good, but the service is always nice. The cooks are great! Bartlett Pear tarts are incredible during pear season (could you guys make a version with jam or something during the cold months so we don't have to wait till summer again?) The Pokemon Go cookies are yummy and hilarious. If you are driving by, they have some great hidden treasures in those jars of veggies, jams, and meats,all of which are made without fillers, so our friends with allergies to corn or wheat were be able to enjoy them. This is a big thing because most places fill their food with lots of inexpensive food fillers such as cornstarch or flour to stretch the pricey ingredients, instead of using the proper amount of real stuff.
  
  On the list of things that could be improved, they need better ventilation (maybe crack a few windows on both floors and add another kitchen fan) when they cook and the coffee needs to be replaced. Currently the coffee is from a local place that doesn't seem to have the appropriate grinding setup and the roast ends up slightly burned. My vote is for Illy coffee and French presses for tables that request them. Their coffee is rather bad, so we just don't order it. It would be nice if they carried organic teas, too.

  Food was very tasty! Iced coffee was weak and diluted. Hot coffee was not great either. Servers were nice but scarce. OK overall but not up to their claim of best brunch in Easton by a long shot.
